ABOUT

Twenty-five years of doing the work.

chmGroup was founded on a simple premise: the people advising on a transformation should be people who have personally led one.

Our story

chmGroup Global Consulting Solutions was founded in 2001 by Chris McShanag. The firm is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, and delivers across North America, Asia Pacific, and beyond.

From the beginning, the practice has concentrated on the difficult middle of transformation — the space between a strategy that has been approved and an outcome that has actually been realized. That has meant leading enterprise system deployments, standing up program management offices, carrying interim executive roles, and building the business cases that justified the investment in the first place.

Over more than two decades, that work has spanned some of the largest health systems in the United States, Fortune 500 enterprises across telecommunications, utilities, and government, and founder-led companies scaling quickly. The through-line is consistent: senior people, accountable for delivery, measured on outcomes the client can see in their own numbers.

PURPOSE

MISSION

chmGroup exists to turn approved strategy into realized results. We place experienced operators inside complex programs, take accountability for the outcome, and stay until the improvement is visible in our clients' own numbers.

VISION

To be the firm organizations turn to when the outcome cannot be missed — recognized across healthcare and asset-intensive industries as the standard for senior-led, accountable execution.

01

Senior people, start to finish.

The person who scopes the engagement is the person who delivers it. No handoff to a junior team.

02

Accountable to the number.

We define the measurable outcome before the work begins and report against it throughout.

03

Capability that stays.

Every engagement ends with your team stronger, your governance clearer, and no dependency on us.
